To register:

2. Send a copy of your deposit slip via fax at 851-0170 or email at training@csm-publishing.com with the following details: name, church name, contact number, email address.
3. You will receive a confirmation of yor registration.
Note: Pre-registration is a must, until December 14, 2016. Walk-in registration will not be accepted.
