 YOUnique is a book written for you. It took me eleven years to write this, as everything written in it comes from experience. I have been in sales and marketing for many years. I also started a few businesses from manufacturing to retailing, from direct selling to food and hospitality. With all these experiences, it has been quite a roller coaster ride.
 
   As Chinkee Tan would always say at the beginning of his talks, “Experience is not the best teacher, but other people’s experiences.” You don’t have to go through the failures of successful people if you listen to their advice. Your learning curve will be shortened.
 
   I earned my first million, through God’s grace, at 22 years old and was an official millionaire by 23. I then lost it all at 25. I became a millionaire again at 27, then lost it all again at 30. My partners and I lost almost P 10,000,000 in our most recent venture; I incurred around P2,5000,000 in personal debt. By God’s grace, I was able to pay back all these business debts in two years. It wasn’t easy, but we survived. It even made us stronger and wiser.
  
 Why am I sharing this with you? YOUnique is not a finance or business book, it’s about concepts that got me through almost all problems from our bankrupt business.
